Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications
• Mfg. according to ISO13485 requirements
• Interpret technical blueprints and models to ensure accuracy in dimensions and tolerances
• Monitor machining processes, adjusting machine settings as needed to maintain precision
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines
• Collaborate with the engineering and maintenance teams to resolve any technical issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in CNC, preferably in precision manufacturing or medical devices
• Strong Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Proficiency in using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Familiarity with safety and quality regulations in manufacturing
