Position Overview:
Ongoing management of international distributors, deep understanding of the company’s products, Introduction of new products, planning and implementing work plans, setting goals and objectives, conducting business meetings, training on company’s products, and new distributors recruitment. In addition, the job includes integration with the various departments: orders, shipping, marketing, regulation, etc.), providing solutions and handling problems, providing marketing, and training tools, exercising judgment, and making decisions regarding company policy. Accompanying distributors during times of visits to Israel, exhibitions, and abroad. It is an independent, interesting work environment with a lot of meaning.
Requirements:
- Academic education – a significant advantage
- Experience as an overseas distributor manager and/or sales manager for medical/dental companies a must
- Excellent level of English a must, proficiency in additional languages an advantage
